Creator Terms

These Creator Terms apply when you create, submit, publish, share, promote, or manage characters, creator profiles, author pages, screenshots, share pages, fan welfare codes, creator events, or any creator-related content or benefits in BeMi Love: AI Romance Chat (the "Service"). These Creator Terms supplement the Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and Payment Policy. If there is any conflict, the stricter rule or the rule most specific to creator activity will apply.

1. Creator Content Is User-Generated Content

Creator Content includes character settings, names, avatars, cover images, story premises, tags, introductions, creator bios, author profile content, screenshots, shared cards, welfare-code copy, event submissions, comments, reports, and other materials that you create, upload, submit, publish, or share through the Service. Creator Content may be reviewed before or after publication and may be recommended, restricted, hidden, edited for formatting, removed, or rejected when needed for safety, quality, legal, platform, or operational reasons.

2. Creator Eligibility and Levels

The Service may provide creator levels such as New Creator, Regular Creator, Advanced Creator, or other levels shown in the app. Current qualification examples may include: New Creator — at least one approved public character; Regular Creator — at least three approved public characters and basic interaction data such as a character chat start above five rounds, excluding the creator’s own testing; Advanced Creator — at least fifteen created characters and at least one hundred followers, or manual approval for special creators based on external works, fan base, content quality, promotion cooperation, or operational needs. Eligibility rules may change and final qualification depends on in-app rules and manual review.

3. Originality, Rights, and Permissions

You must only submit Creator Content that you own, have permission to use, or are legally allowed to publish. You must not copy, imitate in a confusing way, or infringe characters, names, images, brands, stories, celebrities, real people, public figures, copyrighted works, trademarks, fan works, private materials, or another creator’s content. If you use AI-generated or third-party materials, you are responsible for ensuring that you have the right to use them in the Service.

4. Prohibited Creator Content

You must not create or publish content that is illegal, infringing, sexually explicit, pornographic, sexualizes minors, exploitative, hateful, discriminatory, harassing, bullying, violent, self-harm-related, suicide-promoting, fraudulent, terrorist, extremist, public-safety-threatening, privacy-invasive, doxxing-related, misleading, spammy, or otherwise inappropriate. You must not create content that impersonates real people or brands in a misleading way, or content designed to bypass moderation, age controls, safety filters, payment rules, or platform review.

5. Review, Moderation, Reports, and Blocking

Public characters, creator profiles, screenshots, share pages, welfare-code materials, and creator activities may be automatically or manually reviewed. Users can report inappropriate characters, creator profiles, shared pages, screenshots, or behavior through in-app reporting or support contact. Users may also block, hide, or restrict content, creators, characters, or users where supported. We may reject submissions, remove content, limit exposure, disable sharing, freeze publishing, suspend accounts, revoke creator status, reclaim rewards, or take other action when violations occur.

6. Creator Profiles, Badges, and Avatar Frames

Creator profiles, author pages, badges, avatar frames, advanced creator marks, follower counts, favorites, representative characters, and other profile elements are digital display features. They do not prove identity, employment, endorsement, sponsorship, professional qualification, or guaranteed content quality. We may grant, adjust, redesign, remove, or revoke these features based on product rules, moderation results, account status, creator level, operational needs, or abuse prevention.

7. Creator Incentive Plan

Advanced creators or selected creators may be invited to participate in the Creator Incentive Plan. Benefits may include advanced identity badges, avatar frames, support gems, exposure support, fan welfare pool access, creator announcements, event invitations, operational support, or other digital benefits. These benefits are not cash wages, salary, revenue sharing, employment, agency, partnership, or a guarantee of traffic, ranking, income, followers, conversions, subscriptions, or permanent status unless a separate written agreement expressly states otherwise.

8. Support Gems, Fan Welfare Pool, and Welfare Codes

The Service may provide support gems or welfare-code benefits for eligible creators and fans. Example rules may include a one-time 5,000 support gem grant for eligible advanced creators, monthly fan welfare pool allocations such as 1,000 gems, exclusive creator welfare codes that allow fans to claim extra gems, and event-based or task-based rewards. These quantities, validity periods, and eligibility rules may be adjusted in the app. Unless otherwise stated, support gems and welfare rewards are virtual items only, have no cash value, cannot be transferred outside the Service, and may expire, be revoked, or be adjusted if issued by mistake or obtained through abuse.

9. Tasks, Announcements, and Promotional Cooperation

Creators may receive in-app announcements, tasks, events, collaboration invitations, or optional promotional opportunities. You are responsible for following platform rules and advertising disclosure requirements when posting content outside the app. You must not use misleading claims, fake reviews, manipulated screenshots, spam, bots, paid engagement without disclosure, harassment, or unauthorized use of another person’s image, name, brand, or work to promote Creator Content.

10. Metrics, Exposure, Ranking, and Anti-Abuse

Exposure, recommendations, rankings, badges, follower counts, chat starts, favorites, welfare-code usage, and creator benefits may be affected by algorithms, manual review, content quality, user behavior, safety signals, region, language, app version, operations, and testing. We do not guarantee fixed exposure or ranking. We may reduce, remove, recalculate, or ignore data generated by fake accounts, bots, device farms, scripts, emulators, paid manipulation, self-refreshing, reward farming, coordinated abuse, or other abnormal behavior.

11. Screenshots, Share Pages, and External Sharing

If you create screenshots, share cards, creator pages, character pages, or promotional materials, you are responsible for the visible content and the context in which it is shared. Shared materials may include character names, avatars, chat snippets, story text, creator names, badges, invitation codes, welfare-code prompts, and other visible app content. After content is shared outside the Service, third-party platforms and recipients may copy, store, repost, process, or moderate it under their own rules.

12. Ownership and License

You retain rights you lawfully own in your original Creator Content. By submitting or publishing Creator Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, modify for formatting or safety, display, publish, distribute, recommend, promote, translate, analyze, moderate, and use the content to provide, improve, market, and protect the Service. This license continues as needed for backups, legal compliance, moderation records, safety, dispute handling, or content that has already been shared or interacted with by others.

13. Suspension, Removal, and Termination

We may reject, hide, remove, restrict, demonetize, freeze, or delete Creator Content or creator features if we believe there is a legal, safety, quality, platform, payment, abuse, or operational issue. We may suspend or terminate creator benefits, creator levels, badges, avatar frames, welfare codes, fan welfare pool access, announcements, exposure support, or publishing access. Serious or repeated violations may lead to account suspension or termination.

14. Account Deletion and Creator Data

If you delete your account or request deletion, creator profiles, public characters, badges, avatar frames, creator benefits, welfare codes, fan welfare pool data, rewards, follower relationships, statistics, and related Creator Content may be deleted, anonymized, hidden, or retained only where necessary for legal, safety, accounting, backup, anti-fraud, or dispute-resolution purposes. Account deletion does not automatically cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions.

15. Changes to Creator Terms

We may update these Creator Terms, creator levels, incentive rules, welfare-code rules, reward amounts, valid periods, profile features, moderation standards, and operational benefits from time to time. Material changes may be communicated through the website, app, notices, popups, announcements, or other reasonable methods.
