This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, share, and protect information when you use AI chat, story interaction, creator profiles, author pages, character creation, screenshots, sharing pages, badges, avatar frames, rewards, welfare codes, subscriptions, gem purchases, creator programs, announcements, and related features. By using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.
1. Information We May Collect
We may collect information needed to provide and protect the Service, including: 1. Account information: Apple ID or other supported login identifiers, email address, nickname, login status, and account deletion requests. 2. Profile and creator information: nickname, avatar, personal profile, creator profile, author bio, creator level, badges, avatar frames, followers, following, representative characters, creator style, and related settings. 3. Chat and AI interaction content: messages, AI replies, story choices, chat context, saved memories, favorites, relationship fragments, feedback, and future AI story features such as inner thoughts where available. 4. User-created and creator content: character names, images, descriptions, backstories, opening lines, tags, categories, author pages, public character pages, creator share pages, character share pages, screenshots, and creative materials you submit or publish. 5. Creator program information: character count, review status, followers, chat starts, favorites, exposure data, badge eligibility, advanced creator status, creator incentive eligibility, fan welfare pool eligibility, welfare code redemption records, reward distribution records, and anti-abuse records. 6. Payment and reward information: subscription status, gem or diamond balance, instant grants, daily rewards, top-ups, task rewards, ad rewards, invitation rewards, sharing rewards, welfare-code rewards, creator-support gems, transaction identifiers, receipt verification data, purchase time, expiration time, restoration status, and refund-related records. We do not directly receive full credit card numbers, bank accounts, or complete payment details. 7. Screenshot and sharing information: generated share images, share text, page metadata, invitation or welfare code, referral information, and sharing-related usage events. Content shared outside the Service may be processed by the third-party platform you choose. 8. Device, analytics, and technical information: device model, operating system, app version, language, country or region, IP address, device identifiers, network status, crash logs, error logs, page views, taps, chat events, purchase page events, popup events, reward events, and other analytics used for security, operation, improvement, and marketing measurement. 9. Support, reports, and safety information: report reasons, screenshots, issue descriptions, block records, moderation records, customer support messages, and handling records.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to: 1. Provide, personalize, and improve AI chat, stories, memories, favorites, creator profiles, character profiles, inner-thought features, screenshots, sharing pages, creator center, badges, avatar frames, rewards, subscriptions, and gem systems. 2. Create and manage accounts, verify login status, protect security, process account deletion, and provide support. 3. Generate AI replies and story content, maintain conversation continuity, and improve character experiences. 4. Review, moderate, recommend, rank, display, limit, or remove public characters, creator content, author pages, shared pages, screenshots, and other user-generated content. 5. Process purchases, subscriptions, gem balances, daily rewards, task rewards, welfare codes, creator-support gems, purchase restoration, missing item checks, and refund-related records. 6. Operate creator programs, including creator level review, advanced creator badges, exposure support, fan welfare pools, creator announcements, incentive eligibility, and anti-abuse checks. 7. Send service notices, reward reminders, welfare-code reminders, creator announcements, badge or level notices, subscription notices, account notices, safety notices, and event reminders. 8. Analyze performance, prevent fraud and abuse, troubleshoot bugs, maintain safety, comply with law and platform rules, and enforce our Terms.
3. AI Services and Third-Party Processing
To provide AI replies, story generation, moderation, cloud storage, analytics, crash reporting, push notifications, advertising measurement, payment verification, and customer support, we may use third-party service providers. These may include AI model providers, cloud/database providers, analytics tools, Apple App Store, Google Play, push notification providers, advertising attribution tools, and customer support tools.
4. Sharing and Disclosure
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information only when necessary: with your consent or direction; with service providers that help operate the Service; with Apple, Google, or other platforms for payments, subscriptions, refunds, receipt verification, and compliance; when required by law or platform rules; to protect rights, safety, security, and prevent abuse; or as part of a business transfer with reasonable privacy safeguards.
5. Public Content, Creator Profiles, and Sharing
If you publish characters, creator profiles, author pages, character pages, screenshots, badges, avatar frames, rankings, share cards, welfare-code materials, or other public content, that content may be viewed, interacted with, favorited, shared, reported, recommended, or displayed by other users. Do not include real names, contact information, addresses, passwords, private photos, government IDs, or other sensitive information in public content, creator bios, character settings, screenshots, share pages, or welfare-code materials. Once you share content outside the Service, third-party platforms and recipients may store, copy, forward, or process it beyond our control.
6. Data Retention
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, maintain account continuity, process purchases and rewards, operate creator programs, comply with legal and platform obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and enforce our terms. Public content may remain visible until deleted, unpublished, removed by moderation, or otherwise handled according to app rules. Some transaction, security, anti-abuse, and legal records may be retained longer where required or reasonably necessary.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, export, or restriction of certain personal information. You may also request account deletion, withdraw certain consent, manage notifications in device settings, delete or unpublish certain content where supported, and contact us regarding privacy concerns. Deleting your account may delete or anonymize account data, chat records, characters, favorites, memories, creator profile data, badges, rewards, gem balances, and related data. Account deletion does not automatically cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions.
8. Children and Minors
The Service is not intended for children and does not target children as its primary audience. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age required by applicable law. Minors should use the Service only with consent and guidance from a parent or legal guardian.
9. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect information, but no internet transmission or electronic storage method can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Please protect your account and avoid entering sensitive personal information in chats, creator profiles, share pages, screenshots, or public character content.
10. Cross-Border Transfers
Our servers, AI services, analytics tools, payment verification providers, or other service providers may be located outside your country or region. Your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in other countries or regions, with reasonable safeguards under applicable law.
11. Notifications and Announcements
If you allow notifications, we may send character reminders, reward reminders, welfare-code notices, creator program announcements, badge or level notices, subscription notices, account status notices, safety notices, and event reminders. You can disable notifications in device settings.
12. Third-Party Links and Platforms
The Service may contain links to third-party websites, app stores, payment platforms, social platforms, or shared content pages. Third-party privacy practices are not governed by this Policy.
13. Updates to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect product changes, new features, legal requirements, or platform rules. If there are material changes, we will notify you through in-app notices, announcements, popups, or other reasonable methods.
