Payment Policy
Welcome to BeMi Love: AI Romance Chat (the "Service", "we", or "us"). This Payment Policy explains the rules that apply when you purchase subscriptions, top up gems or diamonds, use paid features, claim free rewards, redeem welfare codes, participate in creator programs, cancel subscriptions, restore purchases, or request refunds. In some app pages, virtual currency may be called "Gems" or "Diamonds". Both terms refer to in-app virtual items that can only be used within the Service unless the app states otherwise.
1. Paid Content and Virtual Items
The Service may provide: 1. Subscription plans: may include instant gems, daily rewards, access to selected chat modes, story or immersive features, creator-related benefits, or other membership benefits. 2. Gem or diamond top-ups: may be used for AI chat, story interaction, immersive replies, character-related features, screenshots, sharing-related features, or other designated in-app uses. 3. Creator-related digital benefits: badges, avatar frames, creator identity labels, exposure support, creator-support gems, fan welfare pool benefits, creator announcements, and other creator program benefits. 4. Free or promotional rewards: check-in rewards, task rewards, ad rewards, invitation rewards, sharing rewards, welfare-code rewards, event rewards, or other promotional gifts. Virtual items have no cash value, are not legal tender, cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be transferred outside the Service, and are not property rights unless required by applicable law.
2. Payment Method
All iOS in-app purchases are completed through Apple App Store In-App Purchase and processed by Apple through your Apple ID payment method. If the Service is available on Android, Google Play purchases will be processed by Google Play. We do not directly receive full credit card numbers, bank accounts, or complete payment details.
3. Subscription Plans and Auto-Renewal
Auto-renewable subscriptions renew according to the selected period unless you cancel before the current subscription period ends. Subscription price, period, and benefits are shown on the in-app purchase page and platform confirmation screen. After cancellation, you may continue using active benefits until the current period ends unless platform rules state otherwise. If renewal fails, benefits may be suspended, terminated, or enter a platform grace period.
4. Subscription Gems and Daily Rewards
If a subscription includes instant gems and daily rewards, the standard rules are: 1. Instant subscription gems are issued after purchase succeeds and are valid during the active subscription period unless the app states another validity period. 2. Daily rewards must usually be actively claimed during the valid subscription period. 3. Daily rewards are valid only on the day they are claimed or issued and may expire at the end of that day if unused. 4. Expired daily rewards are not reissued unless required by law or expressly stated in the app. 5. After a subscription expires, is canceled, or is not renewed, future daily rewards will no longer be issued.
5. Top-Up Gems and Validity
Purchased top-up gems are issued to your app account after a successful purchase. Unless the purchase page or app notice states otherwise, purchased top-up gems are valid for 1 year from the date of issuance. They can only be used within the Service for designated digital content or features.
6. Free Rewards, Tasks, Ads, Invitations, and Welfare Codes
The Service may provide free gems through check-ins, tasks, ads, invitations, sharing, events, welfare codes, fan welfare pools, or other promotions. Unless the app states otherwise: 1. Daily rewards are valid only on the day of issuance or claim. 2. Gems from fan welfare codes are valid for the current calendar month. The same account may usually redeem the same creator’s welfare code once per month. 3. Gems from general tasks or other non-daily missions are valid for 1 year from issuance. 4. Invitation, sharing, ad, or event rewards may have separate eligibility, quantity, device, account, region, and anti-abuse limits. 5. Free rewards, promotional gifts, and welfare-code rewards have no cash value and are not refundable.
7. Creator Incentive Plan and Creator Benefits
The Service may provide a creator program or creator incentive plan. Eligibility, creator level, benefits, badge display, exposure support, fan welfare pool access, creator announcements, and reward amounts are subject to in-app rules, creator center notices, manual review, and anti-abuse checks. Unless otherwise displayed in the app, currently planned creator benefit rules may include: 1. Advanced Creator one-time support gems: 5,000 gems, valid for 6 months from the date of claim. 2. Fan welfare pool: 1,000 gems per month, valid for the current month, available for up to 6 consecutive months where eligible. 3. Fans who redeem a creator’s welfare code receive rewards valid for the current month, and the same account may redeem the same creator once per month. Creator program benefits are digital benefits only. They do not guarantee income, cash payment, employment, partnership, agency relationship, fixed traffic, or permanent creator status.
8. Consumption Order
If your account has gems from different sources, the Service may consume expiring or limited-time gems first, then free/reward/welfare/event gems, then subscription gems, then purchased top-up gems. The actual order may vary based on product rules, technical logic, regional requirements, or in-app notices.
9. Prices, Taxes, and Exchange Rates
Prices may vary by region, currency, taxes, platform pricing tiers, exchange rates, and promotions. The actual price is subject to the App Store, Google Play, or other platform purchase confirmation screen.
10. Canceling Subscriptions
You may cancel subscriptions through the platform account used for purchase. For Apple subscriptions: open iPhone Settings → tap your Apple ID → Subscriptions → select BeMi Love → Cancel Subscription. Deleting your BeMi Love account or uninstalling the app does not automatically cancel your platform subscription.
11. Refund Policy
For purchases processed by Apple or Google, refund requests must follow the relevant platform refund process. We cannot directly refund money to your platform payment account, modify your payment method, or cancel platform subscriptions on your behalf. If a purchased item did not arrive, contact us with account information, product name, purchase time, and receipt information.
12. Purchase Failure, Missing Items, and Restore Purchases
If payment succeeds but gems, subscription benefits, or paid items do not arrive, please check your network, account login status, platform purchase status, and restore purchase entry where available. Active subscriptions may be restorable through the app when using the same platform account. Consumable items such as gems may be bound to the app account.
13. Account Deletion and Paid Benefits
If you request account deletion, chat records, character data, favorites, memories, creator profile data, badges, reward records, gem balances, welfare-code records, and other account data may be deleted or anonymized. Account deletion does not automatically cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Unused gems, rewards, creator benefits, or virtual items may be lost after deletion unless applicable law or platform rules require otherwise.
14. Minors
Minors should use the Service and make purchases only with consent from a parent or legal guardian. If a parent or guardian believes that a minor made an unauthorized purchase, please use the relevant platform refund process and contact us to help check account usage status.
15. Violations and Abuse
We may suspend, cancel, reclaim, or adjust gems, rewards, creator benefits, welfare codes, badges, exposure support, or account access if we detect payment fraud, malicious refunds, stolen payment methods, abnormal task completion, reward farming, fake accounts, fake followers, fake interactions, code abuse, resale of virtual items, unauthorized transfers, bug exploitation, or other violations.
16. Policy Updates
We may update this Payment Policy due to product changes, pricing changes, new reward programs, platform rules, legal requirements, or operational needs. Material changes may be notified through in-app announcements, popups, notifications, or other reasonable methods.
