Welcome to BeMi Love: AI Romance Chat (the "Service", "we", or "us"). These Terms of Use explain your rights, obligations, and restrictions when using AI chat, story interaction, character creation, creator profiles, screenshots, sharing pages, badges, rewards, welfare codes, subscriptions, gems, creator programs, and other features. By downloading, registering, signing in, browsing, using the Service, publishing content, claiming rewards, or making purchases, you agree to these Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy, and the Payment Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the Service.

1. Service

BeMi Love: AI Romance Chat is an entertainment app that provides AI character chat, romance story interaction, character creation, creator profiles, character profiles, favorites, memory, badges, screenshots, sharing pages, rewards, creator programs, subscriptions, and gem consumption features. Characters, stories, conversations, AI replies, inner thoughts, creator content, and interactive content are mostly fictional and are provided only for entertainment, companionship, and creative experiences. They do not represent real people, professional advice, objective facts, or real commitments.

2. Eligibility

You must meet the age requirements under the laws of your location to use the Service. Minors may use the Service only with consent and guidance from a parent or legal guardian. The Service is not intended for children and does not target children as its primary audience.

3. Account and Sign-In

You may need to sign in with Apple ID or other supported methods. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of account information, profile information, creator profile information, and settings. You must not sell, rent, transfer, lend, share, or provide your account to others.

4. AI Content and Use Restrictions

AI replies, story content, inner thoughts, and character interactions are generated by AI models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, repetitive, offensive, or unexpected. AI content is not legal, medical, psychological, financial, investment, educational, career, relationship, or other professional advice. AI characters are fictional and are not real people. You must not use the Service to generate, request, publish, or distribute illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, violent, explicit sexual, pornographic, sexualized minor, exploitative, self-harm, suicide, fraudulent, public-safety-threatening, or otherwise inappropriate content.

5. User Content

User Content means content you enter, create, upload, publish, share, submit, or generate through the Service, including chat messages, character settings, images, tags, creator profiles, author bios, comments, screenshots, share cards, share pages, welfare-code materials, reports, and feedback. You retain rights you lawfully own in your original User Content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, process, modify, display, publish, distribute, recommend, promote, translate, analyze, moderate, and use User Content as needed to provide, maintain, improve, market, and protect the Service. You must have all necessary rights and permissions for content you submit.

6. Character Creation, Creator Profiles, and Public Publishing

If you use character creation, creator profile, author page, public publishing, or sharing features, you must not create or publish content that is illegal, pornographic, explicit sexual, sexualizes minors, exploitative, violent, hateful, discriminatory, harassing, bullying, fraudulent, terrorist, extremist, public-safety-threatening, or otherwise inappropriate. You must not misleadingly impersonate real people, celebrities, brands, public figures, or other users. Public characters, creator profiles, screenshots, and share pages may be reviewed before or after publication and may be recommended, limited, hidden, removed, or restricted.

7. Moderation, Reports, and Blocking

We may perform automatic and manual review of public content, character content, creator content, screenshots, shared pages, welfare-code materials, and certain interaction behavior. Users may report inappropriate content or behavior through in-app report functions or support contact, and may block or hide content, creators, characters, or users where supported. We may remove content, limit visibility, restrict sharing, suspend creator benefits, reclaim rewards, freeze publishing functions, suspend accounts, or terminate access when rules are violated.

8. Creator Levels and Creator Incentive Plan

The Service may provide creator levels, badges, avatar frames, advanced creator identity marks, creator center, exposure support, support gems, fan welfare pool, creator announcements, and other creator benefits. Creator level rules may include New Creator, Regular Creator, Advanced Creator, or other levels shown in the app. Eligibility may depend on approved characters, character count, follower count, chat starts, favorites, content quality, compliance, manual review, or operational needs. Advanced Creator status is not guaranteed and may be granted, adjusted, suspended, downgraded, or revoked. Creator benefits are digital benefits only and do not guarantee income, cash payment, employment, partnership, agency relationship, fixed traffic, revenue sharing, or permanent status unless a separate written agreement expressly says so.

9. Rewards, Welfare Codes, Tasks, and Virtual Currency

The Service may provide gems or similar virtual currency through purchases, subscriptions, daily rewards, tasks, ads, invitations, sharing, creator benefits, fan welfare pools, welfare codes, or events. Rewards may have validity periods, quantity limits, eligibility limits, account limits, region limits, and anti-abuse rules. Expired, revoked, abused, mistakenly issued, or fraudulently obtained rewards may be canceled or adjusted. Virtual currency cannot be exchanged for cash, sold, transferred outside the Service, or used for illegal transactions.

10. Screenshots, Share Pages, and External Sharing

The Service may allow you to create screenshots, save chat moments, generate share cards, share creator pages, share character pages, invite others, or post content to external platforms. You are responsible for what you share. Shared content may include character names, avatars, chat snippets, story content, creator names, badges, reward prompts, invitation codes, or other visible app content. Once shared outside the Service, third-party platforms and recipients may process it under their own rules.

11. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to violate laws, platform rules, these Terms, the Privacy Policy, or the Payment Policy; upload or generate illegal, infringing, hateful, harassing, violent, pornographic, explicit sexual, sexualized minor, self-harm, suicide, fraudulent, terrorist, extremist, or otherwise inappropriate content; abuse AI, moderation, reports, rewards, welfare codes, subscriptions, referrals, ads, creator benefits, or payment systems; use bots, scripts, fake accounts, emulators, device farms, automation, or abnormal methods to obtain rewards or manipulate metrics; reverse engineer, attack, scrape, disrupt, or overload the Service; sell or trade accounts, virtual currency, welfare codes, creator benefits, badges, or access outside official channels; or use the Service to facilitate real-person dating, prostitution, trafficking, exploitation, threats, bullying, doxxing, or physical harm.

12. Paid Services

Subscriptions, gem top-ups, limited-time bundles, creator-related digital benefits, event products, or other paid features are governed by the Payment Policy and platform rules, including renewal, cancellation, refunds, missing items, free rewards, creator-support gems, welfare-code rewards, account deletion impact, and virtual currency validity.

13. Intellectual Property

The app interface, brand name, logo, images, character assets created by us, system design, features, text, code, database, algorithms, business model, and other Service content, except User Content or third-party content, are owned by us or relevant rights holders. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, scrape, or use our intellectual property outside the Service without written consent.

14. Third-Party Services

The Service may use or link to Apple Sign In, App Store payments, Google Play payments, AI model services, cloud services, analytics tools, crash reporting, attribution tools, push notifications, social platforms, or external sharing platforms. Third-party services may have their own terms and privacy policies.

15. Service Changes, Interruptions, and Termination

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or terminate some or all features due to product adjustments, creator program changes, maintenance, security, legal, business, platform, or technical reasons. Features such as inner thoughts, share pages, creator benefits, badges, welfare pools, or reward tasks may be changed or removed.

16. Account Deletion

You may request account deletion through the in-app account deletion entry or support email. After deletion, personal information, chat records, character data, favorites, memories, creator profile data, public content, badges, rewards, gem balances, and other account content may be deleted or anonymized. Account deletion does not automatically cancel App Store or Google Play subscriptions.

17. Disclaimer

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that AI replies, inner thoughts, story content, creator content, shared content, badges, rewards, recommendations, exposure, or User Content will be accurate, appropriate, continuous, available, popular, profitable, or meet expectations.

18. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability is limited to the amount you actually paid to the Service in the six months before the dispute occurred. If you paid no fees, liability is limited to the minimum amount permitted by law.

19. Indemnification

If your violation of these Terms, law, third-party rights, content rules, reward rules, creator program rules, payment rules, or misuse of the Service causes losses, claims, costs, liabilities, or expenses, you agree to bear corresponding responsibility to the extent permitted by law.

20. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect product changes, creator program rules, reward rules, legal requirements, platform rules, or operational needs. Material changes may be notified through in-app announcements, popups, notifications, or other reasonable methods.
